Been wanting to draw some fan art of 's work for a while and finally got around to it. If you don't already know her, check her page out. She makes cool stuff.

Originally I just wanted to draw a simple picture of Sato looking cool, but I kept wanting to add more epicness. XD; Hope I've done the character/story some justice.

Tried out a new marker paper here, not sure if I like it or not. There were some things I wasn't used to. I'm also usually less adventurous with lighting effects with traditional media but wanted to try it anyway.

Tools: Copic Multiliners & Markers, white gel pen on Copic Gagaku-shi/Thick Marker Paper, A5 size.
