I'm bad with titles :'D 

Finally got around to drawing Neo from RWBY! Realised I haven't done any RWBY fan art since the end of V3, oops. It was hard trying to get her proportions to look petite, I hope she looks small and cute enough :XD: Also didn't really know what I was doing with the parasol lace shhh 8'D

Done with markers (Copic/Neopiko-2).
